Welcome to Viralinx, the website and online service of Viralinx, LLC ("Viralinx," "we," "us," or "our"). Use of Services

Account Registration

Age Requirements

The Viralinx Services are intended for users aged 13 and above. Users between 13 and 17 must have permission from their parent or legal guardian to use the service. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use or access the Services at any time or in any manner.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at legal@viralinx.com.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are legal, proper, and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services
• Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services
• Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ
• Attempt to access or search the Services through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism other than the software and/or search agents provided by Viralinx
• Send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, email, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or other form of solicitation
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the activities prohibited in these Terms

Intellectual Property Rights

Viralinx Content

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Viralinx and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

User Content

You may be permitted to post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit content through the Services ("User Content"). By making any User Content available through the Services, you grant to Viralinx a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights or rights of privacy or publicity
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

Viralinx has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit all User Content provided by users.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Viralinx. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

You acknowledge and agree that Viralinx shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viralinx and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Services, including any data or content transmitted or received by you
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or intellectual property rights
• Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation
• Any claim or damages that arise as a result of any of your User Content

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. VIRALINX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

VIRALINX MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS, OR BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, LEGAL, OR SAFE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL VIRALINX, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Subscription Services

Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Viralinx cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Viralinx customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Viralinx with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Viralinx to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Viralinx will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Services.
